$130 – $175
Individual: $130 (60 min. session)
Couples/Family (when deemed appropriate): $175 (60 min. session)
Groups (Support/Psych educational): Individually Priced

Sliding scale fees may be available based on individual financial situations.

Insurance

Serenity Preserved Counseling, PLLC is considered an out-of-network provider on most insurance plans. Serenity Preserved Counseling, PLLC does NOT bill your insurance provider directly.I do not have a relationship of any sort with your insurance provider-only YOU do. Instead, most major insurance providers in the state of Arizona provide reimbursement (at varying percentages) if your plan offers this out-of-network benefit.

I suggest calling your insurance provider directly to check the specific details of your plan. Your insurance provider will inform you of deductibles applied (if any) and percentage reimbursement offered by your plan. Your Serenity Preserved Counseling, PLLC receipt can be used to submit to your insurance provider for this purpose.

Payment

I accept cash, check, HSA and all major credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express) as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
